Under the bright spotlight, Randy grabbed my hand and dragged me outside.
"What are you doing? Let go of me!"
No matter how much I yelled, Randy refused to let go. He shoved me into the car.
"Let me out!"
He leaned down and tried to kiss me, but I quickly turned my head away.
"Buckle up. We'll do what you want later!"
Randy stepped on the gas and sped away.
It felt like he was about to crush the accelerator. The speedometer quickly shot up.
I panicked and started cursing at him.
"Randy, you crazy man! Slow down!"
"You're insane!"
...
No matter how much I yelled at him, Randy didn't react at all. Under the warm glow of the streetlights, his dark eyes looked sharp, and his jawline was as defined as ever.
About ten minutes later, Randy pulled up in front of a luxury hotel and dragged me to the front desk.
He was gripping me so tightly that the red marks on my wrist from earlier hadn't even faded before another ring of bruises appeared.
"Why did you bring me here?"
The receptionist immediately recognized Randy and handed him a room card without hesitation.
"Get a room!"
The moment Randy loosened his grip, I yanked my hand free.
"You're crazy!"
I turned around and tried to run, but Randy lifted me onto his shoulder like I weighed nothing.
Randy's legs were long. From the entrance to the bed, it only took him three steps.
I bit down hard on his shoulder.
Randy threw me onto the bed and rubbed the spot I had bitten.
"Catherine, what are you, a dog?"
