She has worked hard to get where she is right now. She had to endure working a boring job at a boring establishment so she could wrap her pretty little hands all over him and he had the audacity to tell her that she had to resign and that she would be compensated greatly. What does he think of her?
A child that can be bribed with a candy to shut the hell up and he can have his way with her?
No. None of what he said mattered. He did not matter at all if not for his money. The money he had offered her for her silence and staying away from him and his wife sounded tempting. She could do a lot with it. But why settle for the crumbs when you can poke your finger in the whole damn pie?
