Rick reads the note over and over again, especially the word 'Love' which makes Rick feel very happy for some reason and is eagerly waiting for Haven to come to pick him up. Rick knows that he is starting to place his hopes on Haven and he becomes even more hopeful of Haven. Rick begins to feel he can no longer see Haven as just his boss.
