That Night

T.W. *This chapter talks about s****l assault* (After the flashback it stops talking about it)

AVA POV***

    Dawn and I walk into the living room and we take a seat on the couch. "Maria can you take Max for an hour or so, while I talk to Dawn Please?" 

    "Yes Mrs. Fox." she picks up Max and starts walking out of the room. "oh and can you please call me Ava we've been through so much together I consider you a close friend of mine." She smiles and nods.

    She walks out as Dawn is sitting there not knowing what to say. "Are you and Lucas Married?"  "No me and Lucas aren't married and Max isn't his Child." I sigh, 

    "Then who is the father?" 

    I sigh and look down at my legs. " I don't know who the father is Dawn." she stands up and starts yelling at me. "WHAT do you mean don't know who the father is Ava? what did you do come to LA to w***e arou". I cut her off. 

    "I WAS r***d DAWN." I put my head in my hands and I felt Dawn sit down. I look at her tearing up. "Ava I didn't know I'm sorry. I'm sorry for Assuming I shouldn't have yelled at you." she pulls me into a hug.

    She pulls away and asks,"Did you tell anyone?" 

    "No I didn't, it was too late anyway I washed all the evidence away. when I got home I washed everything away." I sigh

    "When did it happen?" 

    "It was the night at Levi's Party." She looked at me shocked, "I went to the party to look for you. Lucas came to our treehouse to tell me that Derek was planning on selling you to Lorenzo's fathers trade company."

    "What?" she sighs "Yea he told me and we raced to the party and I went to find Derek and beat him up, and he told me he hasn't seen you since the beginning of the party and I started to panic and I saw Lorenzo and he told me that you left and went home so when we got there your father said you were gone." she sighs.

    I'm crying remembering the events from that night. Dawn hugs me. "Ava, you don't have to tell me if you're not ready." I look at her and smile. "Dawn I should tell someone what happened. " I sigh as I start explaining what happened That Night at Levi's Party.

AVA POV***

When Derek I walk into the house I see a bunch of people here the party is jam packed. He grabs my arm and pulls me into a den full of people but in the small corner I see his friends, Aidan, Logan ,Topher and Lorenzo are playing beer pong as Nicki, Victoria, and Journey are talking. Derek releases my arm as he sits down next to Victoria and grabs her thigh as she laughs, Looks like Derek found his new flavor of the week. I roll my eyes as I feel a pair of hands on my hips. Someone whispers in my ear, "Looks like the fat girl, finally has a Nice body." 

    I turn around to see Logan, I shove him away and start walking away but before I could get far, I feel Someone grab my arm Derek turns me to face him and whispers in my ear, "If my friends aren't satisfied with the way your treating them, your Little friends older brother will go to jail." he laughs as he pulls me back. "She's all yours." Derek says as he shoves me towards Logan who is sitting on the couch, and I fall onto his lap I try to stand up as he pulls me down, "I like you on my lap." he says as he nibbles on my ear. 

    He starts kissing down my neck, I look at Lorenzo who is completely amused by this, and I mouth "Help me", he mouths "f**k you" and laughs and continues to play Beer Pong. Logan's hand starts to trail up my thigh and I stop him and look at him. "I have to go use the restroom. I'll be right back." I stand up and walk up stairs, to find a phone. I see Vanessa, a friend from my math class "Hey Nessa can I use your phone please I lost mine." she nods as she hands me her phone. 

 I began to dial Dawn's number and I felt someone grab my waist and kiss my neck. "Baby you don't have to call me I'm right here." Logan says as he takes Vanessa's Phone and gives it back towards her, Before I could say anything she walks away. Logan grabs my arm and leads me towards a guest bedroom with a couch and bed, he pulls me towards the couch and pushes me down then he sits next to me, and pours two drinks in a red cup. He gives me the cup but before I could drink it he kisses me, and then takes the drink from my hand and stops kissing me and puts the cup to my mouth and I swallow it, while swallowing it I felt something in my mouth. Oh no

    I get up and walk towards the door, I open it and see Topher and Aidan they push me back in the room, and Logan grabs me. "Where do you think you're going, we haven't even had our fun yet." he pulls me towards the bed and pushes me down on the bed and sits on top of me. His hand begins trailing up my thigh, before he could reach my underwear I kick him in the balls and he falls off of me, and I bolt towards the door. I reach the door and open it and Scream, "HELP ME PLEASE." someone grabs me by the stomach and puts their hand over my mouth. 

    After I am back in the room, Topher throws me over his shoulder and throws me on the bed, before I can get up Topher and Aidan grab my arms and pin me down in the bed. Logan stands up and walks towards the side of the bed and gets on top of me. He reaches up my dress and grabs hold of the top of my underwear and pulls them down. I wince in pain from how hard he pulls them down. I try to fight them off but it's no use because the drug begins to kick in and I begin to feel heavy.

I felt everything that had happened to me. At the beginning it hurt but I had become numb to the pain that was being displayed on my body. I lost consciousness after two hours and was awoken by the slam of the bedroom door. I see my virtue displayed on the comforter. I begin to cry as I grab my shoes off of the floor. I tell myself that I have to get out of here before they come back. I pull down my dress and run out of that house. Dizzy or not I needed to leave.

AVA POV ***

Dawn and I are crying, Dawn pulls me into a hug. "Ava I am so sorry you had to go through that." I shake my head. "Are you disgusted with me?"  I look away. 

    "Ava why would I ever be disgusted with you? I am disgusted with what happened to you, but I'm not disgusted with you." she says as she hugs me. she smiles at me "Oh before I forget." she reaches into her pocket and pulls out an envelope, and hands it to me. "It's from your father, he wanted me to give it to you." she says smiling I open the envelope and find a check with about seventy thousand dollars.

    "Ava I know this isn't really a good time to tell you, but I'm too excited to not tell you, I bought Manny's Diner!" she screams. I laugh "Honestly of course you would." we both start laughing. I stop laughing and give her the envelope. "Here Dawn takes the money and makes Manny's diner amazing." she was shocked as she shook her head. "I can't take the money Ava."

    "Yes you can, you know how many times you were there for me when my family wasn't so please just take it, and my only request is that you put a Manny's Diner here in the resort, I miss my Strawberry milkshake." We laugh as she hugs me.

    I see the front door open as I wipe my eyes, and see Luca enter. "Hey Aves I have Mr. Ramon Son here, to see you his father sent him. '' he walks in with Mr. Ramon's son, and I start to panic  from all the pain and agony this person has caused me. 

    Mr.Ramon's son is Lorenzo.
