I took a brief bath and getting ready to meet my angry King. According to my father people need to practice all kinds of qualities, I'm a warrior that's don't mean that I don't need to dress up properly. I have to carry my personality in a proper way so I'm getting ready properly before joining them at dining table. I wear a light green gown. When I go to the dining hall almost everyone were present there - all the important person that's mean it's going to be a very important meeting. I notice Lucas is sitting in the corner of the table but why he doesn't looking at me. Ok I know what's the main topic of this meeting. Lucas is the son of the royal gamma and 2 years younger than me. We grow up together and this silly boy got a crush on me since childhood. And from he is more like my shadow wherever I go he will be there. I can still remember at my 18th birthday dad thrown a grand party and all the elite member of every pack were invited so that I can find my mate. Lucas was only 16 then and he was very unhappy with the event and for God sake he started to crying before I could go to the party. What an awkward situation was that. But my bad luck I can't find my mate. From then I have travelled all the packs of our kingdom to find my mate but every time I got disappointed. But other hand Lucas was happy. According to him age doesn't matter at the end he will be my Prince charming lol. Pine Wood Land is a very peaceful place but in those years the disturbance of the black witches have rapidly increasing. Their leader is the wife of the Jinjill the curse of this land, Marydith. She is trying to freed Jinjill's soul by offering my people's life to Lucifer. A week ago 10 farmers of the green land pack got missing. It's not the frist time. Before it a good number of wolves, witches got missing and everyone thinks that it's the deed of the Marydith. But nobody could anything cause we can't go to the black forest of the North hill which once used to be the residence of Jinjill.But I can't sit there lazily and see. As they say I'm the choosen one, isn't it my duty to help them. Dad always get angry at me, he says it's not the right time. I have to find my mate first. Who knows maybe he doesn't exist. I,m twenty now and for the last two years I tried every possible things to find him but in vain. Today I again tried to go to the black forest but I can't get there. They are using very powerful magics to prevent us to get there.Even our most capable witches are failed to break the spell. They say that it was Jinjill who had created the spell before his disappear. But as I say before this ass Lucas he followed me and when dad get angry he can't disobey his alpha king so he spilt everything. At last our king and queen enter the dining hall with their dominating elegant aura. We all stand up and bow our head in respect of our king and queen. Then he signal with his hand to sit us. And after sitting he asks me the question I am aware of already " Princess Veronica , do you want to explain why you go against your king's order?"

" Alpha, as you know I'm the choosen one so isn't it my duty to help my people. So that's why I do this."

" But you know very well with out completing the ritual you can't stop the destruction and for this you have to find your mate". I,m little bit confused cause today dad is very different and quite. His tone is also clam. I look at mom to guess something but she is also wearing a distant look. Every one is silently watching us after all they don't have the courage to say something when their king is talking. " my king I have tried my best to find him isn't it known to everyone." I'm actually very irritated now how can they always tell me this when they are aware of my efforts. But I wasn't ready to hear the news what he blurted out " ok Veronica, ancient priest think that there are possibilities that your mate is there in the human residence. As you we know there are a lots of super natural beings living among the human. He can be a human also. The stars have changed their position again so we don't have enough time so you have to go there to find your mate. The meeting is dismissed ,we all can have your dinner now". I am totally dumped and these people just watch the whole thing as some mere audience. Ok audience clap for my f***ing royal life.
