Chapter 2

Thomas POV

This was exactly what I needed. I had my own personal cabin a few feet away from the Pack House right near the lake. My parents built it and gave it to me as a birthday present last year. So I turned the cabin into my party house. It's soundproof so I won't wake up any of my pack members in the pack house, or pack members who live in their own houses on pack land. My father and mother made it very clear if I wanted to have parties, that the music would be played inside the house and not outside. So here I am with my boys, a few she-wolves from our pack(Lisa, Helga, and Wendy) and a couple of guys and girls from our neighboring pack, The Sliver Blade Pack. Before the party, my boys and I went to the beer store to get a lot of beer. It's a good thing we're not humans. The cabin was big enough to hold big sleepovers. Besides, the beer store has beers just for werewolves to design to get us drunk, but only if we drink a lot. If we drink a few, it doesn't really do much it just gives us a buzz. Before we were partying it up in the cabin,we were playing beer pong. I was teamed up with Helga (who I've slept with a couple of times and we've been dating on and off). My Beta was making out with Lisa and my gamma was making out with Wendy on the couch at opposite ends. Me and Helga totally went upstairs to one of the bedrooms and started to make out. Makeout session turn into both of us taking off our clothes, we gather under the sheets. I get a condom in the nightstand drawer and we have s*x underneath the sheets. It was just the release I needed after we both c***ed like 3 times, we laid back down on the bed to catch our breath. After we laid back in bed, we fooled around again for a bit., c***ed again. Then we went in the shower to clean up. While cleaning up had 1 more make out session, and then we finish up with kissing. We put fresh clothes on ( its not the first time that Helga and i had have spent making-out and having s*x in this room, so some of her clothes was in the drawers and closet) and we headed back downstairs into the living room. When we got downstairs my boys invited me to go skinny dipping in the lake with the girls. We had a blast! After we had fun in the water for an hour, it was 11:15pm. The guys and I wanted to drink more and get high ( there is a particular plant kinda like catnip but has an effect only on werewolves that makes them feel no pain and feel as high as a kite called wolvsverane). The girls were done for the night, so all the guys had a quick makeout session with the girls and then said their goodbyes and left for the night. Thomas, his Beta and Gamma, stayed behind and got high and drunk. The boys decided it was best that they stayed in the cabin for the night and go back to the packhouse in the morning.

Around 1:30am in the morning, Thomas had the sudden urge to go deep in the forest beside the packhouse even though he was drunk and high. It was like a pull and need that he had to go there. While this was happening, Thomas' wolf Lance was watching everything and had a smile on his face. As Thomas left the cabin and kinda wobbling. Lance help him out without Thomas noticing. Lance knew why he was going deep in the woods and he would make sure that Thomas went there, No matter how drunk or how high he was. Lance had a plan and he would do anything to get to those deep woods this early morning.

Zrya POV

8pm

I finished for the day, and since it was my birthday in 4 hours, I got permission from the Alpha and Luna to go deep in the forest behind the packhouse, which also had a small river back, for my first shift. It was my favorite spot in all of the pack. No one came here, that i know of? So, I come here after doing all my chores for the day. So I put the clean supplies away, had dinner with the other omegas, went to my room and cleaned myself up (after a long day of cleaning the Alpha,Beta, and Gamma Floors), and had a nice cold shower. After that, I went into the deep forest where the small little river bank was. I took off my clothes and was naked like the day I was born and waited. It was around 11:55pm and I heard a voice in my head,

YESS, finally I'm able to talk with you Zrya, said the voice in my head. Who are you , I ask?

Who do you think I am? I'm your wolf silly, she said. My wolf, oh wow umm..hi, I said. What is your name?, I ask? Umm.. wow hi, that's all I get, how bout nice to meet you or O.M.G your my wolf, something like that not umm hi, my wolf said dramatically. I see my wolf is a little dramatic, I see, I said with a smirk. Yes I am and don't you forget it, Missy, and by the way, my name is Faith. It is nice to meet you Zrya, she said. Then she got up (in my mind) and started jumping up and down.prancing around in my mind saying, Are you, are you ready?" It's time it's time, she said with a big grin on her wolf face. Time for what, I ask, confused. Oh my Gosh, Faith said as she stopped jumping, shaking her head but still excited. Time to shift silly, said Faith, shaking her head. Oh yeah, when does that start, said Zyra. "What time is it?", asked Faith. "It's five minutes after midnight" , said Zrya. "Oh excellent, so we should be shifting in 5,4,3,2,1", said Faith, counting down quickly. WAIT?.. what Faith..ouch, said Zrya as the bone in her right leg cracked. Then her left leg where she fell down on her knees. ouch, ugh, sob sob, said Zrya. She was in so much pain right now. "Come on girl, you can do this, push through it. Do not fight it or it will take a lot longer", said Faith, cheering me on. "OK.. OK ouch I get ..mmm I get it, shut up, I said as my bones were almost done breaking and reforming. Fur started to appear on my skin. My face was getting long and my wolf ears, nose ,and tail appeared.

After what felt like an eternity, Zyra completely shifted to her wolf. It took Zyra a few tries to walk since she was walking on 4 legs now, and not two. Once she got the hang of it, she happily pranced around. Zyra walked over to the river to go and see what she looked like. When she looked at herself she was in shock. She couldn't believe it. Her fur all over was purple, a dark purple and yellow on both sides of her which kind of looked like lightning bolts. "Umm.. Faith, why are we purple, is there something wrong with us", asked a confused and worried Zrya. Faith sighed, "No, there is nothing wrong with us. This is what we look like. Don't we look awesome? We look like a storm, any actual lightning storm at night," said Faith, grinning in Zrya's mind. "But this is just not possible. I have never heard of a purple wolf that has yellow on the fur that looks like lightning bolts before", I said. I sat down on her hind legs and me and Faith took a minute to think. After a few minutes of thinking, Faith spoke up "maybe it is a special type of wolf , blessed by the Moon Goddess !". You think? So how do you know? Did the Moon Goddess tell you?", I ask? Hmm... I can't remember? Wait? Faith, what do you mean you can't remember? Are you okay?(Faith) Girl, I'm fine, I just don't remember if I had a conversation with the Moon Goddess about this". I was going to say something, but Faith beat me to it. Listen Zrya, whether or not the Moon Goddess said something and I can't remember.I know in my bones that WE are special and that WE are meant for something more, then being a friggen punching bag and servant to this pack, said Faith proudly.
