Battle 1

The moon shone brightly in the dark of the night. If one looked into the sky, they would feel a chilly feeling that could cause one to fear. A cool wind blew through the old village.
In a certain house situated at the edges of the village, a man and woman paced about in worry. They were in the living room.
"What is happening? Why is Korra still not home?" A worried silver haired lady said in worry. It was Heather, Korra's mother.
"Calm down Heather. Nothing will come out of worrying" Zeid said with his arms folded.
Heather's head snapped towards him.
"Calm down? How do you expect me to not worry when my baby is out there? You know this part of the kingdom isn't safe" she said in anger.
Zeid walked towards Heather and wrapped his arms around her.
"She'll be fine"
Heather shook her head and pushed herself out of Zeid's arms.
"I don't want words. I want my daughter!"
"Don't worry. I'll handle it" Zeid said as he passed his right hand through his bright blonde hair.
Heather narrowed her eyes.
"Handle it? How? Don't tell me yo-"
"I'm not going to do anything dangerous. I'm just going to loosen the seal a bit"
Heather's face darkened.
"Is that what you mean by 'not dangerous'? The amount of mana it would take to do that is-"
"Our daughter is missing. I have to do this" Zeid said sternly.
Heather looked intently at Zeid. She sighed.
"Fine."

Smoke and fire filled the large merchant caravan. There was chaos and death everywhere. Black shadowy figures dashed about and slaughtered the people running away.
Bodies littered the ground and the stench of blood was strong in the air. Dismembered limbs made the scene even more brutal. The numerous tents that were set up were all on fire.
"Blurgh! Cough.... Blurgh"
A young girl with dark red hair could be seen vomiting at a tree.
"Get a hold of yourself Asta" Korra said in an angry tone. She was looking out at the scene before her.
'Should I just leave her here?.... No if I want to quicken her training, I'll have to let her face this situation. I need a perfect weapon'
Swish!
A black shadowy figure appeared infront of Korra and Asta.
"Well, well, well... What do we have here? Why are kids like you here?"
An eerie voice said.
Asta, who had stopped vomiting, flinched at the sound of the black figure speaking.
Korra looked bored as she stared at the man.
"Hmm? Too scared to answer?" The man licked his lips. "I am going to enjoy dismembering you children, kikikiki" he laughed hysterically.
'This guy is pissing me off. He's only a level 6 and he dares entertain the idea of fighting me? Hmm... But, wait... This will be a good time to train Asta'
Korra smirked.
'I have an idea'
The black figure begun to walk slowly towards the kids.
Korra turned to Asta.
"I'll handle this"
Swish!
Without saying anything more, Korra disappeared.
"WHAT?" the man blurted out in shock. He wondered wether he was going mad. The girl with silver and gold hair simply disappeared. That shouldn't be possible since he himself was extremely fast.
'Wait! Could it be that-'
Before he could even finish his thought, he felt a strong killing intent approach him from the back. Reacting quickly, he whirled around and raised his arm.
Blarck! c***k!
Korra's leg connected with the shadowy figures arm. The force pushed him back a bit. Korra quickly jumped back. Smoke emerged from the spot where Korra had kicked.
The shadowy figure was in complete shock. He was so confused that he didn't even notice that his mouth was hanging open. How could a child be this strong? This was simply not possible!
"Is that all it takes to rattle you?" Korra asked with a raised brow.
The shadowy figure snapped back to reality. He clenched his teeth in anger. He was furious. Even so, he did not do anything rush. From the exchange he just had with Korra, he could tell that his opponent was not an easy opponent. He was not going to rush in stupidly and die.
"What are you?" The shadowy figure finally asked Korra.
"Hmm? What am I? Pfft... Hahaha" Korra laughed out loud. "What do you mean? I'm just an ordinary village girl"
"Don't f**k with me! No human child is this strong. Could it be that you are some type of humanoid monster?"
"You'll just have to figure it out" Korra said as she pulled out her index finger.
"Sky Shattering Finger!" She murmured.
Immediately an enormous pressure overflowed from Korra. The assassin backed away in fear. He felt as if he was facing a demon from the deepest pits of hell.
'Wha- what's happening? Why am I afraid of a child? No, why can a child emit such pressure!?'
Before he had time to respond, Korra shot out towards him.
Swish! Boom!
An explosive force shot forth.
Splosh!
Blood spilled onto the ground.
Thud!
An arm fell to the ground.
"Hahahahahah" a hysterical laughter rang out.
The assassin was laughing loudly.
"I should never have been afraid of you. Even if you are strong, you are still a child. You lack experience!"
The assassin said enthusiastically as he held a knife to Korra's neck.
Even though Korra's shot hit him, the assassin had dodged at the last second and Korra's skill only tore of his left arm. In that moment, he had taken the opportunity to attack and pin Korra to the ground.
"Stupid girl! Did you think you could match a well trained assassin?" The man shouted like a maniac.
"Pfft" a small laugh escaped Korra's mouth as she lay under the man.
"Huh? Was that a laugh? Stupid girl! Don't you see the situation you are in? You are about to die!"
Korra smirked.
"Hmm? Die? You overestimate yourself"
As soon as she said that, a monstrous killing intent begun to ooze from her.
"Wh- what?" The man shivered in fear.
'Is- is this kill- killing intent? How can a child have killing intent this strong'
Suddenly, his view of Korra changed. The killing intent she emitted was not something that a human being should have. This girl was no human.
As the realization dawned on him, he looked at Korra once again. In the glow of the night, her evil smirk seemed devilish. Her whole face was shrouded in darkness as her eyes glowed demonically.
"Do you now know your foolishness?" She said in a cold tone.
