Chapter Seventeen Ben laid in the grass, an uncomfortable itch on the back of his neck, his binoculars focused on the valley below. Since they moved the shuttle, they’d been relatively left alone by the dinosaurs. A few had wandered a little close, but their shuttle posed no interest to the massive beasts. That meant they were safe, for the most part, as long as they were in the shuttle. However, they could not collect their data inside of the shuttle. Captain Daniel wanted them to return with bones. At first, Ben thought it would be easy. They had killed a few velociraptors, but when they returned for the bodies, instead, all they found were drag marks and blood. No bodies.
