Chapter Twenty
Kevin stepped out of the shuttle and onto the moon. He beamed as he looked around. Unlike the moon on earth, this moon was full of plant life. He couldn’t see any insects or animals anywhere.
“One small step for man…one giant leap for mankind,” Kevin said.
Frank followed Kevin out of the shuttle. “Isn’t that what someone said when they first stepped on the moon?”
“I think so,” Kevin said. “Though I don’t remember the exact quote. I’m sure it was close enough. I probably need to study more history.”
“You mean instead of bones?” Frank asked.
Kevin rolled his eyes. “Says someone who does nothing but stares at rocks.”
“Hey now. Rocks are solid.”
Kevin brought his scanner out and did a reading on the atmosphere. The Ghost had completed initial scans for the oxygen levels
