CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE
The Hydra bore down on the Colossus, its heads grabbing and biting everyone. The navigator from Asperia was ripped apart and gobbled up by the Hydra. Asomorph, seeing this atrocity became enraged and filled with a sudden surge of courage.
Asomorph, in a moment that some would call stupidity and others bravery, jumped on to the enormous scaly body of the Hydra and proceeded to attack one of its heads at close range.
This act of valour encouraged the rest of the crew to attack the Hydra. Even Krolith jumped on to the Hydra and began slashing another of its multiple heads. Asomorph had managed to sever the head attacking him and everyone then noticed that the other heads were still for a few seconds.
