The house also seemed warm, like someone or people were there that morning. Oh, she just saw him yesterday. That meant that his servants, maids, and he must have left that morning. On the upper shelves was flour in a container. Everything she could need for baking was there as well. The only items that weren’t in the kitchen were vegetables. She tossed the items she came with, in a corner of the cupboard and picked from the ones she saw there. She started making dinner.
