Once they were settled in their booth, and had given the waitress their order, David waited for Cutler to break the silence. He had half-expected her attack on him. She was angry, and righteously so. He couldn’t fault her for that. But the majority of the blame had to fall on Bar’s shoulders. Bar knew he had filed for divorce. In fact, she probably knew every step he had taken after he returned to Colorado. He would bet money on it.
