Vittor's tail exploded!
Of course, not completely; only the scale Vittor had enchanted exploded!
The power was considerable; a small ring of dragon scales around it shattered, even the skin was charred black, thankfully nothing came out.
Vittor's head, having been quite close, also had its scales blasted black.
Although unharmed, he was somewhat dazed by the explosion.
Recovering his senses, a flash of relief crossed Vittor's eyes; thankfully, it hadn't targeted any other part of his body.
His tail was the least painful spot, but even so, waves of stinging pain still radiated from it. If it had been any other part, he probably would have been drenched in cold sweat!
Glancing at the small bald patch on his tail, where the skin had broken off, Victor's gaze shifted to another scale.
