Troy's eyes blazed with anger and hurt as he stared at Leo and I. His voice was low and menacing, "You both betrayed me."
I stepped forward, my eyes pleading, "Troy, please listen—" But Troy cut me off, his words dripping with venom, "You're a liar, Diana. You said you loved me, but it was all a ruse." Leo tried to intervene, "Troy, I—" But Troy's anger was too much to contain.
He transformed into a vampire, his eyes glowing red in the dark. Diana gasped, "Troy, no!" "Troy, if you're going to hurt anyone, it should be me," Diana said, her voice shaking. "Leo never wanted this. I seduced him, I pushed him to this. Forgive Leo and take my life. Let Leo go back to his people, but please don't hurt him."
Troy's gaze burned with intensity, but i could sense the conflict within him. His love for me was still strong, but his anger and hurt were overwhelming. "I admit I love you, Troy," Diana continued, "but I can't really figure out what I feel for Leo also. I'm sorry, Troy." Troy's roar echoed through the night, and he vanished into thin air, leaving Leo and i shaken. "Diana, are you okay?" Leo asked, his voice laced with concern. i nodded, her eyes still fixed on the spot where Troy had disappeared. "I'm fine, Leo."
Leo's expression turned angry, mixed with concern, as he confronted me. "Diana, we could have just gotten killed by your husband! Why did you open up now?" I understood his frustration, but I knew we had to prioritize our safety.
"Leo, there's no going back now. We just have to leave this place before Troy returns. Trust me, you really don't want to find out what he's capable of doing." Leo's eyes narrowed, his voice firm.
"What do you mean? What's Troy capable of?" I hesitated, unsure how much to reveal. But Leo's determined gaze made me realize I had to tell him the truth.
"Troy has...a really bad temper, Leo. He's not just a ordinary Vampire. And when he's angry, he can be...unstoppable." Leo's expression turned grim, his jaw clenched. "We need to get out of here, now."
Just as we were about to leave, Troy suddenly reappeared, his eyes blazing with anger. "Diana..." he called out, his voice low and menacing. But before he could reach me, Leo tried to intervene, stepping forward to protect me. "Troy, wait—" However, Troy was too quick.
He delivered a powerful blow to Leo's face, sending him stumbling backward. "I wasn't done talking, and I wasn't talking to you," Troy growled, his eyes flashing with anger. "I was talking to my wife. Next time, do not interfere." Troy's gaze then locked onto mine, his eyes burning with intensity as he walked towards me.
I could feel his anger radiating towards me, making my heart race with fear. "Troy, please..." I tried to reason with him, but he cut me off. "No, Diana. You've made your choice. You've chosen him over me." His voice was cold, his words dripping with hurt and betrayal.
I tried to explain, but Troy's anger was too much to contain. He grabbed my arm, his grip tightening as he pulled me closer. "Diana. We need to talk." "Diana, your betrayal led you to sell me out to Anna? Are you not ashamed of yourself?" Troy's voice was laced with hurt and anger.
But his words seemed to ignite a fire within me, and I found myself defending my actions. "Troy, you enjoyed yourself in between Anna's thighs, didn't you? You can't deny it. I saw everything, Troy. The way you were all over her. Stop acting like a saint here. We both messed up. There's no greater sin." Troy's expression turned red with rage, and he took a step closer to me.
"How dare you, Diana. You're trying to justify your own betrayal by throwing the situation you put me in my face?" I stood my ground, my voice firm. "I'm just pointing out that we're both guilty, Troy. We've both made mistakes. And it's time we stopped pretending otherwise." Troy's eyes flashed with anger, but I could see the guilt lurking behind them. Troy's expression softened slightly, and for a moment, I thought I saw a glimmer of understanding in his eyes. He knew I was right. We both had our secrets, our weaknesses. And it was time we confronted them head-on.
But then, his face hardened again, and he looked away, his jaw clenched in stubborn refusal. He wasn't willing to yield to the truth, to confront the flaws in our relationship. It was like he was stuck in a cycle of anger and hurt, unable to break free. I sighed, feeling a mix of frustration and sadness. We were at a standstill, unable to move forward until we acknowledged the cracks in our foundation. But Troy's pride and ego were getting in the way, making it impossible for us to have a genuine conversation.
"I guess we're done here," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. Troy nodded curtly, his eyes still avoiding mine. "Yeah. We're done."
"The fact that you're trying to defend yourself after betraying me is just so annoying," Troy continued, his eyes flashing with anger. "Troy, please," I said, my voice shaking. "We both messed up. Will you deny that you didn't enjoy Anna's body? Troy, I can't stop thinking about how you made her feel, how you both enjoyed yourself intimately. I keep playing back that moment in my head, and it keeps hurting me."
Troy's expression turned defensive, and he stood his ground. "Diana, I wasn't willing to even do it. You both made me feel like I was doing something to save your life. You know I would do anything to save you..." But I cut him off, my words laced with pain and skepticism.
"Even between the thighs of another woman?" I asked, my eyes locked on his, waiting for his response. Troy's face twisted in anguish, and he looked away, unable to meet my gaze. "Diana, that's not fair," he muttered, his voice barely audible. But I pressed on, my heart racing with emotion.
"Is it true, Troy? Did you enjoy it? Did you want more?" I demanded, my voice rising. Troy's silence was deafening, and I knew I had hit a nerve. His eyes flashed with anger, but I could see the guilt lurking behind them. He wasn't willing to admit it, but I knew the truth. And it hurt.
