Amara’s POV
"Okay, thanks for all of your suggestions, but I'll be the one to find her the most reliable doctor I know." Once Parker spoke the final word, everyone silently agreed with him. Parker led them outside, and I caught a glimpse of Stella's evil grin.
It looks like this woman is up to no good.
I tried to get up and walk, but my feet were still shaking so badly that I couldn't help but fall to the floor and cry out in despair.
Parker ran over to me after he opened the door. He helped me stand up and asked, "Are you okay? Where would you like to go?"
He just took me to the bathroom without asking me what I wanted. "Okay, I'll leave you here. If you need help, just knock on the door."
I give a nod.
And it surprised me that I can still somewhat control my body.
I inhaled
