"Nothing, I just want you to be happy." He held my hand as we stepped out of the building and kissed my cheeks, saying, "Let's go."
I smiled at him and said, "You're so sweet. It's concerning... Did you do something wrong?"
He laughed, scratched his neck, and said, "No, baby."
When he opened the door to the car for me, I hesitated and asked. "Oh, then what's our plan for the day?"
He gave me a sidelong look, grinned, and asked, "Would you like to go somewhere?"
"Okay, let's go somewhere and enjoy the rest of the day if you're not busy." I gave him a knowing wink.
"Alright, then we're going on a date," he declared.
I leaped into the driver's seat and scowled at him before saying, "Alright, let's go! I'm gonna be your driver today."
