A few days passed, I was fed up of being in the hospital. Jay wouldn’t let me do anything. He carried me everywhere fed me helped me change. I was so ready to get out of here, I was finally being released. Jay picked me up from the hospital and took me home.
He pulled over on the side of the road and I looked at him confused. “Why are you stopping?” he pulled my lips to his and kissed me deeply.
“I'm so sorry about everything I love you so damn much and I shouldn’t have said why I said. You're my lifeline Simran and I owe you everything” I smiled at him and pulled him closer and kissed him again.
“I love you too no matter what” he smiled and started the car when we got there I was greeted by a bunch of smiley faces.
Jaden ran towards me and I picked him up, "Welcome home mommy, now I don't have to eat daddy's horrible food" he high fived me and Jay laughed.
"I'm sure daddy's food wasn't that bad honey" I laughed and Jay rolled his eyes. I kissed his cheek and he smiled.
"Oh but it was, I came for breakfast one morning and his pancakes were on fire" Sophia smiled at Jay.
"Alright that's enough I'm hungry" Jay shouted and headed towards the food table.
"He hasn't changed on bit" Ana smiled at me,
"I know and I love him the way he is" she hugged me and sat me down and got me some food. I was supposed to be resting but I didn't want to. Everyone went home and Ana cleaned up for me. I put Jaden to bed and went to my room, Jay was lying on the bed in just his boxers and I knew I had missed his touch in the past few weeks.
He helped me stripe out of my clothes and carried me into bed in just my underwear, "So our honeymoon still hasn't happened and it's not safe for you to travel being pregnant and with your injury"
"I know, but how about we go after the baby is born when the baby is old enough we will have a honeymoon, but for now" I kissed him softly and he touched me softly. He made love to me as if I was made by glass every touch was soft and delicate and I was in heaven. We fell asleep soon after in each other’s arms and I was happy to be home with the man I love.
I woke up the next morning to Jaden demanding mickey mouse pancakes, I made us some breakfast and Jaden sat on my lap, "Mommy when's the baby coming"
"Honey there's a long time left"
"But mommy I want it to come now" Jaden wined. I laughed he was so cute. Jay hugged me from behind and kissed my head. He rubbed my stomach and I smiled I couldn’t believe there was a little human in there. The though was amazing, I was so lucky.
"How about we go shopping for the baby" he nodded eagerly and Jay smiled.
"You are supposed to be resting but we will go, only for a while" the nursery was set and all we needed were clothes and bottles and toys and lots of other stuff. We had a lot of work to do.
