The next day I woke up and decide to go to the coffee shop to see Simran. I walked in with Jaden in my arms, I put him down and he ran towards Simran. He hugged her leg and she put down her tray and picked him up.
"Hey little guy, where's daddy" he giggled and pointed.
"Der" he pointed at me.
"Hey, how are you. Thank you for last night the girls had a great time" she smiled and handed Jaden to me.
"What about you, did you have fun"
"Ye it was amazing. Thanks for looking after me yesterday, other guys would have taken advantage of that situation" we sat down and I ordered myself a full English breakfast and coffee and she got some cereal for Jaden.
I was eating my food and she fed Jaden I watched in awe and thought how perfect this moment was. When he finished he jumped up and hugged her.
"Thank you mama" she froze at his words and looked at me, I didn't know what to say because that's what I wanted her to be. "Dada I like mama she's nice" she smiled at him and hugged him.
"Honey can you do those tables please. Oh hello you must be Jay; Simran has been talking a lot about you lately, your mother is a good friend of mine. I'm Kathrine." I shook her hand and introduced myself. Jaden was sat in my lap and I was talking to her mom.
Simran was waiting tables and kept looking at us, her mother got back to work and I waited for Simran to finish.
"Hey me and Jaden are going to the park do you want to come"
"Um ye I'd love to. Give me a second let me get my bag." She went in the back and got her stuff we got in the car and drove to the park. As soon as we got there Jaden ran to the swings. She sat on the swing next to him and I pushed Jaden.
Simran POV
This moment was perfect, after we played on the swings we got ice-cream. We were sat on the bench I put my head on Jay's shoulder, Jaden was playing with some other kids.
"Thank you" he whispered to me.
"What for"
"For being a mother figure for him, he never knew his mom but I'm hoping that you might fill that gap in our family. I really like you Simran" he kissed me on the lips, it was only a peck but I blushed like a tomato.
"I really like you to" I kissed his cheek.
We had lunch then we went back to his house, I made dinner and put Jaden to sleep in his room.
"Hey my mom isn't home and Sophie is at a friend's house so do you want to stay” I nodded and he picked me up I gasped and giggled. "Will you be my date to my sister's party?"
"I'm going to be working"
"No you're not you will be free after you have set up so you will spend the rest of the time with me" he opened his door and put me on his bed. We lay down and he put a movie on, I looked up at him and pushed myself up.
I straddled him and pressed my lips to his, he was shocked by my action. I pulled away but he cupped my cheeks, "What was that for" he asked. I shrugged my shoulders and he pressed his lips to mine again, his hands were on my waist and my arms were around his neck. We were in our own little world when my phone rang.
Jake's number flashed up "answer it I don't mind"
"Hey, baby"
"Hey Jake, what's up"
"I know it's late but I'm in town and I was wondering if I can meet you tomorrow"
"Um ye sure meet me for lunch at the shop"
"Alright see you tomorrow love you bye"
"Love you too bye"
I put the phone down and looked up at Jay his jaw was clenched, ah someone is jealous. I kissed his cheek and lifted his chin so he was looking into my eye's.
"Jake is my best friend from Uni and he also happens to be gay so don't worry. I was serious when I said I liked you" I lay down with Jay's arm's wrapped around me. I really liked him but I know my father wouldn't be happy about this.
