Chapter 12 - Skye

Saturday was amazing, the doctor gave me the go ahead to return to the gym, but I should only concentrate on lower-body workouts. Things like leg presses and leg lifts, walking on the treadmill, but to avoid high-impact activity, like running, because it jars your rib cage.  In two weeks, we will meet again, and he will let me know if my upper body is okay to work on. "I have some trust issues that I need to work through, so I hope you can be patient with me.  I don't know if you were able to tell today, but I haven't been with anyone in a really long time and my experience in that department is minimal at best." We eat side by side and watch Underworld Blood Wars, I love this movie and the others in this series.
