“Can you find anything identifying what airline it’s from?” asked Nasir.
Farid flipped the cushion over. “There’s no obvious marking of any kind,” he said.
“Then I’m going to take a picture and send it to my office. One of my assistants will verify it with the airline.”
“Nasir, it almost has to be from the plane,” said Farid. “There haven’t been any other planes go down over the Persian Gulf for as long as I can remember.”
“All the same, let’s make it official,” said Nasir, taking out his cell phone and snapping a photo of each side of the cushion. “I’ll go up to my cabin and contact my office. We should know in a short time.”
