As he recalled what had happened in the car before they had returned, Vicente still felt a little unsatisfied. He walked straight toward Charlotte and stood before her. His tall figure cast a long shadow over her as he stared down at the woman. Charlotte raised her head in confusion. Her tousled hair hung down to her waist, and there was a certain natural, unpretentious charm about her. Vicente placed his hand on her head.
