Rhea held hands with Ariana and talked her through the whole process, hoping whatever they were doing would work. They tried and tried, but it wasn't working, which put Rhea on the verge of giving up. Ariana was already tired, as she wasn't sure what she was doing would work. It was easier to deal with because Ariana is very mature-minded. She wasn't like other kids that the parents had to stress over before she understood basic things.
“Mummy, I'm tired already.” Ariana said, sounding super exhausted.
“It's okay, baby; you can rest.” Rhea responded.
“Why is the power out?” Ariana asked her mother.
“Archie is not feeling well; the house has to be locked down to keep him here. Safe.” Rhea responded.
“Okay.” Ariana said and laid her head to rest on her mother's laps.
