I feel bad. I can't go see her to much this week. Her family is coming to visit and I can't have her scent on me. Though I told her that her parents wanted her alive I lied. They wanted her dead. I was the one who chose to keep her alive. I needed her if i ever wanted my plans to work. You should always have a back up plan. I continue to pace in my room after having taken a second shower to ensure I wont smell like her. The smell of Rose's and burning wood still faintly lingering on my skin. Her scent is intoxicating but I can't let them know she still lives. I hear an announcement down stairs from Mr. Evan's alerting us to the arrival of our guests. I look outside my window and see the long black limousine pull up to our staircase. The valet opens the door and out steps Alpha King Morpheus Night and next his wife Luna Queen Elizabeth Night and finally their youngest daughter Hailey Night who looked nothing like her sister. Her white blonde hair was short, a pixie cut as I recall. Her dress is bright pink and covered in glitter while her dull brown eyes displayed nothing but mischief. Her father was tall with strong broad shoulders and shoulder length black hair and the same brown eyes as Hailey while his wife was petite with little curvature and white blonde hair with the same grayish silver blue eyes he has seen every day for the past month and a half. The valet bows to the family and they approach the main doors being held open by Mr. Evan's. When they get inside I begin my decent of the stairs. At the bottom I am greeted with a dreadful feeling while looking at the princess closely. Her skin is golden and smooth but her eyes hold no sadness while her parents still seem to be in mourning for their eldest daughter. This gave me thought... Perhaps the king and his queen are not who we thought. Maybe they didn't set this whole thing up. My father and his wife come into the main hall to greet our guests with me and after exchanging pleasantries we walk to the den to have a seat. "So alpha Night what is it you wanted to discuss so urgently?" Asked my father. "Well as it is known my daughter is human and bears the mark of the mate less..." he paused seeming unimpressed with the knowledge that the Gods basically skipped over his youngest daughter when being given their blessings. Instead he seemed broken for another reason. "Well it has come to my attention that you have your young son here not but a few years older than my young Hailey. So perhaps we could join our 2 families through a bond between our 2 children?" He said all of this in one breath seemingly nervous to ask. I on the other hand blanched at his words. There was no way I would marry that pompous brat. I looked to my father for his answer. "I do not wish to cause any problems but might I ask why you believe it right for my only son to wed a woman outside of his choice?" I didn't even realize my body was tense until I felt it relax at my father words. "Well I just thought if perhaps by the time your son turns 18 if he has yet to find someone else perhaps he could give my daughter a chance. She will never be able to find a mate but that does not mean she can't find love." I shudder at the thought of marrying the small curve less girl in front of me. She had no appeal and her scent was not even close to giving me the feeling I received from her sister. Hailey smelled like burnt rubber and copper. It was not something I wanted to smell for the rest of my life. When I looked at her she had an insincere smile on her face as she tried to look shy. I gave her an insincere smile as well making sure it spoke all the disgust i felt without acting as if I meant to. This made her eyes bug out of her head and she looked pissed. I guess she thought she was all that and a bag of chips but in comparison to her sister she was just a small insignificant child. When I looked away from her I caught my father staring at me. He seemed to have seen the entire mini altercation between Hailey and I or so I though, but he wasn't looking at my face. He was looking at my shoulder. When i looked down i could see the top outline of the mate bite given to me by winter, Addisons wolf. I then acted as if i was scratching my face on my shoulder and used the movement to prevent him from being able to get a close enough look at it. "Well if there will be no answer tonight i suppose you will keep in contact with us to let us know about any further decisions." This stopped my movements  and had me looking up at Haileys father. He seemed disappointed.  Perhaps what he really wanted was to get rid of his youngest daughter as fast a possible. When I looked at her again she seemed to be looking at my neck with realization clear in her eyes. She knew what that mark meant and when she saw it anger darkened her eyes. "Come father I wish to go home now." She said in a snide manner as she stood to leave. Her father and mother stood with her as did my father and Magdila as they bid them farewell. I stood as well but made no move to speak with the family any longer. I walked out of the room but not without a shadow that followed me. "Its from her isn't it." I heard from behind me. I turn and look to find Hailey had followed me out of the room. "I don't believe I know what you are talking about." I replied. She gave me a knowing look and walked forward until she was standing just before me. She pulled down the collar to my shirt and pointed at the mark on my shoulder. "This is her mark. You are her mate. You must know by now that it was I who sent you and your men out to kill her. But you didn't follow through with your mission did you? You kept her knowing about the mate bond and about the meadow. I was hoping that after she changed her looks you wouldn't recognize her as the young raven haired girl from the starry night visits." My face paled at her words. There was no way Addison was the same little girl from the meadow. "Well well well. Looks like I just foiled my own plans didn't i? Well no matter seeing as you are already marked by her. I'll just have to make some minor changes to things." With that she turned on her heels and walked out the front doors to leave with her family. I didn't wait. Once they were gone I hurried outside, got on my motorcycle and left for the lake house. I took 22 minutes rather than the usual 45 to get there and hopped off my bike. I knew she wouldn't be inside so instead I ran around back to find her wolf once again lying by the lake. The hairs on her wolf's neck stood on end as I approached her. She suddenly turned around growling loudly until she saw it was me. She then shifted back to her human form and stalked up to me having no shame for the fact that she was naked. "Why do you smell like Hailey?" She asked angrily. Her eyes were turning black but went back to grey then black again. She was at war with her wolf for control. "Your family wanted a meeting with my family to discuss matters that do not concern you." I stated plainly. This seemed to anger her further and allowed her wolf the opportunity she needed to take control as her eyes went black then pure silver. "Anything that involves you is my concern." Winter growled behind Addisons face. She then stepped forward the way her sister had but instead of going for my collar she wrapped a single hand behind my head and pressed 2 fingers to my forehead above the scar she gave me. "She didn't want you to know yet but I believe you should. We are the girl from the meadow all those years ago." Her wolf growled in my face. I could feel the blood drain from my face. "So it's true." Was all i could say as her eyes turned black then grey once more. Her hand still holding my neck as her fingers pressed into my forehead. She released me once she saw my angered expression. "Why didn't you tell me?" I asked her. "I- I was afraid you wouldn't believe me or that if you did you would only love the memory of me and not the girl I am today." I get close to her face. Close enough I can feel her breath on my cheek as I whisper in her ear. "This is the closest you will ever be to knowing what might have been because I Jacolby Alexander York hereby reject-" she pulled back and covered my mouth with one hand as the other found it's way around my neck. "Don't do this Jacolby. Once done it can never be undone." She looks desperate and in pain as she holds my mouth shut. After a few seconds she releases my mouth but not my neck as she leans forward and brushes my lips with hers lightly. Just a breath of a kiss as tears stream down her cheeks. With that she releases me completely and takes of in a dead run as she shifts to her wolf and bounds into the woods quite fast. She hides her scent quite well as i can't seem to follow her trail. I get a strong feeling that I know where she going the only problem is the sun will rise in about an hour. I takeoff running as fast as I can to catch her before she makes it to the meadow. I make it to the tree line and see her sitting under the stars that are starting to fade with the sunlight beginning to brighten the sky. She is crying heavily, her sobs racking her body. I slowly approach her from behind and make my way to stand before her. I kneel down and touch her shoulder gently. "Look at me Addison Night." I command her. She slowly complies and once we are eye to eye I lean forward and connect our lips in a fiery kiss. I don't hold back using my lips to convey the feelings I have been fighting since day one. A sharp pain on my skin is the only thing to break us apart. The sun had finally come up and I ran to the safety of the tree line beneath the clouds. She looks up at me from her spot on the ground and with a sad smile stands up and walks in the opposite direction. "Addison you promised not to leave me!" I scream after her being unable to leave the shade unless willing to burn to death. "I don't know what else to do. You don't want me for a mate and I cant stay with you when you have decided our fate. If i stay the pain will kill me." She tells me with a sad smile. I follow her as best I can, staying in the tree line in the shadows as she is about to enter the trees I pull her under a tree that's roots stick far up out of the ground making a small shelter. I pin her against a particularly thick root and do the only thing I can think of to keep her with me... I mark her. Her grey eyes turn black then silver before black then grey as she fights with her wolf again. "Why did you do that?" She asks me with a look of both confusion and hope. "I refuse to let you go Addison Night. You are my destiny. You and I are fated to be together. You are my mate." I say all of this while looking her in the eyes and inching my face closer to hers. She looks at me with eyes full of love as I take her in my arms and kiss her with all the passions I had locked away over the years. Her lips are soft and pliant as she kisses me with equal amounts of passion. We kissed like that for what felt like hours but only lasted minutes as we began to run out of breath. Only when we parted and I felt that certain part of me standing at attention did I realize she was naked again. I took off my shirt and handed it to her, she put it on and it fell to her knees. It made the erection I had grow even more. I had to look away from her or my first time might just end up being here in these woods. I look up at the sky and find that the sun is covered by dark rain clouds ready burst forth and shower the earth. I look back at her and see that she is watching me with lustful eyes. I pinned her against the root once more. "You can't look at me like that unless you want me to take you right here. Right now." She looks at me with wide eyes still filled with lust and longing. "I warned you." I said before I kissed her again. I licked the seam of her lips but she was defiant and refused to part them so I pinched her inner thigh and she gasped opening her mouth just enough for me to slip my tounge inside and tangle it with hers. As we kissed i felt her hands roam my stomach and chest feeling my muscles before one snaked around my neck and the other dipped between our bodies to press on my member. I growled into her mouth as she turned me on like never before. I pulled my shirt off from over her head and allowed my eyes to roam her body. Her scars did nothing to take away from her beauty. To show this to her I gently kissed each one before lowering her to the ground. She slowly undid my pants and I helped her pull them down with my boxers. I looked her in her eyes and I couldn't help but ask "Are you sure about this?" She didn't even hesitate before she grabbed me and guided me to her entrance. I slowly entered her and was met with a thin layer of skin letting me know that she was pure before now. I pushed further but stopped when I saw her wince. I gave her a moment before I continued slowly allowing her to adjust to my girth. "Faster please." She begged me. I began to thrust faster and harder as I bit her neck where i had previously marked her. I could taste her blood and it was exquisite. Her body matched my rythme as I thrusted inside her over and over again. I followed a small trail of her blood that stopped at the valley between her breasts and licked it up before moving to her n*****s sucking and biting them in turn. As we both got closer to our release I began to go faster and harder knowing her body could take it. We both have our release at the same time screaming out each others names. I roll us both over so that she is resting on top of me with my member still inside her we both fall fast asleep.
