LEV Dad entered just as I pushed myself upright. His gaze dropped immediately to the blood on the floor, on the shattered glass, and on me--and all the color drained from his face. He crossed the room in three long strides and caught my shoulders. “Are you all right?” “I’m fine. I had an accident with Eryx, but I’m okay now.
