"I dare that mother fucker to come near my pack. I will cut his f*****g head off," Zach snarls through the phone.
Normally, I would laugh at his anger, but I can't find it in me today. I know what Theo is capable of. He is disgusting and vile. "I don't want to put the Twilight Pack in danger."
"You won't," Zach assures me. "I have been building up our patrols since Atticus was banished from the Warrior Pack. I assumed something like this was going to go down. You should have come to me sooner. I would have taken you in."
"I know you would have," I sigh. "But my problems can't always be your problems."
"You are my little sister. You are usually the whole problem, but not this time. Theo is a psychopath," he growls.
