Kyle POV
I leave the hospital with my head held high. I got exactly what I wanted. Eryn has officially been marked and mated. She belongs to me, and there is nothing Alpha Atticus can do about it.
I am still riding that high when I step into the pack house until my father stops me from going upstairs.
"My office now," he snarls.
Knowing there is nothing that can tear me down, I follow my father to his office, humming a tune as I go. We step into his office, and I am surprised to see a crowd. My mother, Beta David, and Zach are all waiting inside. None of them look pleased.
My father takes several calming breaths as he takes his seat behind his desk. He lays his hands on his desk and closes his eyes.
