I woke up and lay there for a minute, looking around. Then there was a knock on the door. Can I come in? I heard my brother ask. Good afternoon, he said as he walked over and sat down on the bed. Good afternoon, I said back, looking at the time. It was 1 P.M. Where is Dad? I asked him. Why don’t you get up and come to have some food? He said back to me. I turned my head sideways and looked at him, all confused. Just let go, get food, and talk, he said. Ok, but I want to change, and to do that, you must get out, I said. Ok, he said, and then he got up and walked out of the room. I got out of bed and went over to my bed and started to pull my clothing out of my bag, and as I was changing, I realized which room I was in, Deark Young's room. I got dressed and looked around at the walls and the stuff that he hung up on them. There were a lot of posters of girls on bikes in bikinis. Of course, I said. I was getting ready to walk out when I saw a pitcher hanging by the door, it was all of us from last year. At my last birthday party. I like that pitcher, I will have to see about getting me a copy, I said. I walked out the door and down the hall to the hanging out area. It is where they eat, play, pool, drink, etc. Not there, meeting in a different room. As I walked in, people started to say good morning to me. I said good morning back to each one of them. My brother waved me over to the table he was sitting at. I walked over a sat down. One of the ladies who works there brought a plate of food over and some coffee. Thanks, I said as she set it down in front of me. You're welcome, she said as she walked away. I looked around the room and noticed that my dad was not there. Where is my dad? He's not at any of the tables. He had to go do a run, my brother said. Then he asked me, “How did you like that party last night? I loved it. I said I had a blast, and I can't wait to come back home for my next one. They both said goodbye at the same time. Yeah, I can't wait either. My brother said it's going to be another killer. I finished eating, and then I stood up, told them I needed to go home, and finished packing. They all gave me hugs and said goodbye. I went home.
