We pulled up to the clubhouse, and there were cops everywhere. I wondered what was going on, so I asked Derek. I don’t know what he said, but we’ll find out, and then he started pulling in. There they are, one of the detectives said. It was Detective Molly and Detective Henry who were at my mom’s house three days ago. I told them as we were getting off the bikes. That’s the one who asked you the question my brother asked. Yeah, I said. They both walked up with another person. Hi Tara, nice to see you again, said Detective Molly. Nice to see you again, I said. She pointed to Detective Henry. Do you remember, Detective Henry, she said. Yes, I said. Then she pointed to the man we didn’t know and said," This is Sergeant Jeff. "Nice to meet you," he said as he took turns shaking our hands. "We all took turns saying nice to meet you and our names. "Sorry that we are all meeting under these terms,” said Sergeant Jeff. My brother looked at him and said, “It’s part of life, right? A part that no one should have to experience, said Sergeant Jeff. True, that we all said at the same time. Anyway, my brother said," What are you all doing here? "You have a warrant to go search my bike shop. “Yes, said Detective Henry," It’s right here, "he said as he handed it over to him. You are searching for drugs and any information we might have about Jackson Gray's death. "We don’t have any of that," he said. I looked at Sergeant Jeff and said my father was only killed three days ago. "We still have not even gotten the body to rest, and you are already harassing us about things we don’t know about,” I said. "I know the time is wrong," said Sergeant Jeff. But if we want to find out what happened, we've got to move fast. Ok, we all said the search away. They walked off and did just that and found nothing. They all backed off and left. We walked into the clubhouse, and it was completely destroyed. Everything was ripped off the shelf and off the wall. I said they did this. My brother just looked at me and said, “This is nothing new. They do it to us every time they come in, we always have to clean up. How many times have they done this? I asked. Store for another day. My brother said. I looked at him and said I promise I'll let's get this place cleaned up so we can get ready to bury our dad. I took your deep breath and said OK, let's clean.
