The accumulating stack of reports was getting out of hand. It seemed that no matter how many Darque read, each new day started out with twice as many as had remained the night before.
He was disappointed that analysis of the boxed contents hadn’t produced more information, but he was sure there was more to be developed. It would just take time to find it.
He reached for another report and read that Yoda had Michaels under surveillance, and that Michaels had already picked up the BMW, so that tentacle of the problem seemed to be under control for the time being.
