Chapter Thirty-Four Kostchenko was planning a small get-together for some of his support personnel, to include the truck driver who caused the wreck on the bridge. For security reasons, he knew that bringing covert agents together in one place was not the best idea in the world, but he had done it in the past, and nothing adverse had ever come of it. Besides, he enjoyed an occasional party, and did not choose to deny himself that pleasure. He had chosen a little out of the way restaurant that claimed to have 'good food in a quiet atmosphere'.
