By the time we made it back to school, I made my way over to the pool to get in a workout, and Matt said goodbye so that he could get some work done for the student government meeting he had on Sunday. The locker room was empty, which meant I was most likely about to get in some private time, which was exactly what I needed. I wanted to shave a second or two off my event time, but I was finding that it was easier said than done. I was still a little sore from the activities of the night and morning, so I wasn't too sure how this was going to go. As I expected, the pool was empty, so I flipped the radio on to the channel that I wanted, and jumped in to start a warm up.
