Aurora’s POV
It has been hours since I was dragged into the bush by people I did not know. I had hoped Lord Everett would send some people to find me. To save me from whatever doom was about to befall me, but up to this very moment, not a single person had some for my rescue.
I could not even move. They rough-handled me while I was being pulled. They had pulled me while lying on the ground. So many thorns had pierced and injured me, it was hurting.
I wished I had a wolf. Maybe then, I would not be trapped lying on the ground with not an ounce of strength in me. My breath was turning shallower and shallower with each passing minute.
