I wondered why Prince Alfred loved leaving Me and Alpha Ryder together. Did he not know a friend of his was on a mission to kill me? Or was he part of the coup? He seemed like a nice and quiet person, but like people say, they are the most dangerous.
He knew Alpha Ryder wanted to kill me, and he could not find a way to make me leave this place. I had to sigh internally. I had not forgotten my manners. The alpha of the River Ash pack was sitting beside me at the dining table. I had to watch whatever I did.
