Chapter 11Out in the car, Gian was drumming his fingers, tapping his foot, and changing his position thirty times a minute. Nico was used to kids unable to sit still, but this was driving him insane. He was seconds away from snarling when he noticed a car cutting through traffic only to slow down behind them. He watched in the rearview mirror as it took the same turns Matt did. “Drive around the block.” Matt glanced at him. “Why?” “I think there’s a car following us.” Matt checked the rearview mirror. “Which one?” “The dark one.” “The black BMW?” Nico checked the mirror again. “Yeah, it’s black.” With a snort, Matt signaled a turn.
