Shivay reached hospital but he got to know that someone might have played a prank on him and there was no emergency, so he went back to home while same thing happened with Archie. So, she also went back to Durga’s house. Shivay and Archie reached back home when they saw guards were unconscious and everything was messed up in the house as if someone forcefully took someone away from the house. They started looking for Durga, but she was nowhere to be found. Shivay called the police station but he got to know that Karan has ran away from the jail. Shivay informed them Durga has been kidnapped and asked them to track Durga’s phone as it was also missing. Police told them that Durga’s phone was near some cliff.

Archie had already left to look for Durga on the places that Karan could have took her. Shivay called and informed her to reach near the cliff and police and he will be there in few minutes. Archie went there are she was close to that area where Durga’s mobile signal was being caught. When she reached near the cliff, she saw Karan holding Durga at gunpoint and moving towards the cliff. He laughed an evil laugh seeing Archie there and warned her to stay away if she wants to save Durga. She went forward and tried to get Durga, but he moved backwards.

“You know right, you won’t be saved because police will be here any minute. If you leave Durga then I promise I will request court to give you less punishment, please leave her,” pleaded Archie.

“Ha! Ha! Huh! you both are so foolish. You really think I will fall in your trap and leave her. I married her because I wanted her property and now, she will die because she sent me to jail and her lover that doctor will die because he could not save her. You guys are so stupid you really think I was alone in all this. Did you guys ever thought how I passed the test which her uncle took before getting me married to her. How did I passed to get to marry you when I already have a criminal background? Before getting to you everyone’s background is checked, isn’t it then how did I passed that test. That test is taken by your uncle right, how did he not get me? Well baby don’t give that much pressure to your brain because I will tell you the name of my partner. I will tell you everything as I know your soul will not rest in peace because you did not get to know the truth and I don’t want that all. Ha! Ha! You were staying with me to save your uncle, but he is the one who was behind all your suffering as he is my partner in crime. He got you married to me so he can get your property. Once I would have got the property, I would have killed you and after that half of your property would have gone to your husband i.e., me and you uncle because he was your legal guardian. You are so innocent; I swear I have never seen a fool like you who could not even see anything that was going in front her eyes,” said Karan in his evil tone. Durga and Archie were so shocked to hear all this as they never thought Durga’s uncle can do anything like this to her. They were lost in their thought and Karan was laughing his evil laugh just than a noise of car screeching was heard. They turned their attention to there and saw Shivay running towards Durga while Karan pointed his gun at him.

“Karan leave her, or else I will kill you. I am warning you one last time please leave her,” pleaded Shivay. Karan again started to laugh in his evil tone.

“Shivay, Shivay you really think I will let her go just like that. You are again back to her huh. We tried a lot to keep you away from her, but you still found her huh. Did you ever thought where did those letters go which you left for Durga when you left for London? She never got any letters because we did not let it get to her. Her uncle took away all those letters before they ever reached to her. Remember you also left a note at the award function, I got that note somehow and I burned it before it reaches her. You also called her on our marriage day that you were waiting for her near her house, but she never got to know that as that phone was picked up by no one else other than her uncle. Ha! Ha! Ha! What a fool you all are?” said the demon.

Shivay was literally shocked as he never thought Durga’s uncle could ever do anything like this with her. Durga and Archie were also shocked, but it will be an understatement if we just said they were shocked as they were not only shocked but felt as if land was taken away from their feet. They came out of their shock when they Durga felt Karan taking her near to the cliff. Shivay looked at Archie and signed her to the land as there was a stone lying down over there. She picked a stone in a way that Karan did not got to know anything. Shivay then looked at Durga and signed her to kick him on his knees. Durga with all her energy kicked his knew which made him fall. Archie then threw a stone on his hand which held a gun and gun fell little far away from him while Shivay pulled Durga to him. Shivay then took Durga and Archie and they hides behind a big tree near the cliff. Karan gets up and looks around and gets furious. He started cursing them and warns them to come out. He looks here and there to find them and then he sees them hiding behind a tree and marches there in anger. He points his gun at Durga and was just going to fire when a gun shot was heard. They got shocked and looked everywhere and saw blood was flowing from Karan’s chest. He fell on the land with thud and they saw police rushing to them. They inspected Karan’s body and found him dead.

“Are you all alright? We are sorry that he ran away from our custody. You all don’t worry now he will come back to your life, he is dead. Mr. Roy, Miss. Mukherjee, and Miss Banerjee you have to come to police station just to finish all the formalities,” said the inspector.

“This case is not closed yet; he said my uncle is also involved in this. I want you to arrest my uncle too,” said Durga with little shaken voice. Inspector agreed with them and asked ambulance to take the dead body away. He left while Durga hugged Shivay. “Shiv why everything like this happens with me. I considered him my family and he hissed me like a snake. I never thought my uncle can ever do this with me. I was like his daughter, but he tried to hurt me. If he had once asked me for the property, I would have given him everything as I just wanted love in return, but my destiny always plays around with me,” cried Durga. Shivay kissed her forehead, rubbed her tears and hugged her while he also had tears in his eyes. Archie also had tears in her eyes, and she was wishing god that this should be the last tear in her best friends’ eyes as she has already suffered a lot. Durga and Shivay pulled Archie in a hug and they had a group hug. At that moment, they promised each other that they will always protect each other. They all then left to complete all the formalities and Durga’s uncle was also arrested.

A month later, there was a couple exchanging vows with each other. A boy was dressed in Bengali attire and girl was also dressed in red and white saree styled in Bengali way. There was another girl also dressed in Bengali attire and taking pictures of the couple. The marriage was held in Bengali tradition as they both belonged to Kolkata. All the business personals and doctor personals were there in the wedding and why not because as it was a marriage of Durga Mukherjee a business tycoon. Yes, that couple was none another than Durga and Shivay. They were getting married and was laughing at a joke while Archie captured that moment in her camera.

“Thank you so much Durga maa (mother- i.e., goddess Durga). They both are finally happy and please always keep them happy. They have gone through lot of suffering specially Durga just like you. She is named after you and had a fate like you too. After lot of suffering she has got her love her Shiv just like you as you had also got Lord Shiva after lots of tests from him and the world. She has also gone through lot of tests from god and this society. I pray you and lord Shiva to bless them with all the happiness and long life with each other just like you and Lord Shiva. Please always keep your blessings on them maa,” prayed Archie to Goddess Durga and Lord Shiva. She was just praying when Shivay and Durga called her to take pictures with them. They all had a contended smile on their faces. Durga and Shivay then lived a happily married life while Archie also found a special someone for herself and got married to him. Durga always thanks god for sending Shivay and Archie in her life as they have brought light back in her life. They have made her life brighten again with happiness and love. If Archie wouldn’t have made Durga understand about leaving the house and support, her in each point of her life she would have still been in that house crying all night. She was also the reason of her meeting Shivay who had lightened her life with his love. He had again brought her old self back who was as fierce as lion and as calm and water. He had brought her again back to life after that one year of comma state which she always wants to forget. She thanked god for giving Shivay and Archie in her life to lighten her life and bring new sun in her life.
