Tanesha wanted Swoozie to have a male role model in her life. All she had seen were mean men that Tanesha brought into the home. She asked Teddy if he would spend time with her. Teddy and his wife grew fond of Swoozie. Katrina and Swoozie were cousins but also became friends loving to play together. Things got better for a while.
