I slip my phone back into my pocket once again, hoping that she would have responded to me. But after Twenty minutes of radio silence, I gave up. Can’t say I wasn’t disappointed. I totally was. I just wanted to talk to her, say stupid nothings for absolutely no reason.
The feeling was only getting stronger. I was starting to get addicted to her touch as well. All I want to do is hold her hand and never let go. The fact that she hasn’t yet pushed me off was messing with my head. I wasn’t one hundred precent sure how the whole rejection of your mate was like, but it didn’t seem to bother her as much as it did for Slater.
Did she really get over it a lot faster than everyone had expected? It was almost like she wasn’t even a tiny bit fazed by any of the mate bond between them
