Chapter Eleven
It had been a stressful few days. The alarm system was now completely set up at Kelly’s thanks to Nate and his buddies. Mason had gone by and seen the setup for himself to make sure it covered everything but had refused to know the code. He wanted that to be Kelly’s safety and know that only she would be able to turn it off. Nate didn’t know it either, and Hunter wouldn’t find out, as he would have no need to use it on his own.
Mason had gone by for dinner only once, electing to give Kelly the space she needed, but he was hoping she would invite him over again soon.
