(jenna pov)

he really said that jenna, he said that we couldn't run a strong pack because we are females. she scoffs. i know eve but calm down he came from a traditional pack until he was kicked out. plus he is an alpha male sometimes i really don't think they can help their ego problems. but jenna you are an alpha too and not a sexist, egotistical ass. watch it eve, i growl, he is still my mate. she bows her head and shows her neck in submission, sorry alpha. its ok eve he really isn't that bad of a guy you just need to get to know him a little better, please eve i love him. eve sighed. she knew what i was talking about she had gemini, but i could tell it had been a while since they were together by her looks, being away from your mate so long especially while they are still alive is a slow death. It's almost like it makes us age like humans, as long as we are next to our mates on a pretty consistent basis we don't really age.

Eve how long have you all been living here, i don't know jenna for at least six months. i look at her shocked and horrified. i hug her i am so sorry eve, but don't worry in two more days we will get our plan to your father and from there on we will have a week before we launch it into action. so tomorrow we wake up early and begin training again to prepare for our attack, I'm pretty sure we all could use some refresher courses. we both laugh as we walk back to the cabin. it's pretty cramped that small cabin sometimes but the boys mostly sleep outside in their wolf forms which frees up some space. i tuck the twins into the small bed we made by the fire, the nights are starting to get a chill in the air. as i tuck them in i hum and sing the lullaby mom use to sing to them.

"sleep little wolf pup, sleep"

"dream of the moon child, as she watches over you, my babe"

" and hell hound feninir will keep those rogues at bay"

I hear footsteps behind me and turn to see xander standing there, how long have you been there? he smiles as he walks up to me. putting his arms around me. he whispers in my ear. you are going to make a wonderful mother to our pups someday. as we sat by the fire watching the twins sleep. Xander says to me, where did you learn that song? i look at him and smile, my mother, used to sing it to me, and now the twins. mine too he says. it's funny now that i think about it our mothers were singing us a song that was about us xander, its weird everything that we thought to be fairy tales are actually stories about our ancestors. he nods. yes, it is a little weird, jenna. he replies.

Jenna i am sorry about earlier you were right we need to figure out how to work together on this. its ok xander, we will figure this out, but there is no point finishing this conversation until we get our packs back.

 xander thinks to himself how it's weird sometimes that they share the same points of view.

 i guess she truely is an alpha and worthy to lead her own pack. Darius is right im such an ass.

we fall asleep by the fire and awake the next morning to start our training and to show my dad and eve our abilities that we bring to the table in this fight. so that's why i didn't really feel any effects from xanders fire ball the day we met, my father chuckles. yes, father, i could predict what xander was going to do before he did and though i knew i couldn't stop him in time, i could, however, shield you from much of the pain.

training for the next two days went great, everyone was getting their mojo back. and tonight was the night dad would go talk to Solis, we had all decided after we got the twins to sleep that we would all go for a run together. while dad talked to her, so she and he could just focus on getting the message to remus of our plan of attack in a week and get every able-bodied fighter prepared for the revolt against mavis and his rogues. we start our run in the woods just before the moon was at the highest point in the sky. i shift into luna and start running through the trees the cool air whipping through my white fun. before I know it I'm joined by a black wolf with red eyes, a light blonde wolf with hazel eyes, and a brown wolf with golden eyes, off we ran chasing, biting, howling, and growling playfully at one another. we ran into the early moring hours and just decided to sleep out in the forest.

Alpha Aifreed's pov(jenna's dad)

As i sat by the lake waiting for the moon to reach its highest point. I thought about my wife and how much i missed her. but also felt anger building inside of me to the point of rage for all the hell those dirty rogue bastards were putting her through. i could feel her pain every time one of those d***s or whoever was hurting her.

As I am brought out of my daze with the shimmer lights flickering across the pond. like she had down many times before appeared solis. good evening aifreed, she said wistfully. i have come to you with a message from remus from last month's full moon session, he has said the time has come and something needs to be done. i nod in agreement. yes solis i know and i need your help i have found the twin flames they are going to help me. oh yes, she smiles they will be a good asset to your cause, i am sure you are glad to have found and been reunited with your daughter no doubt aifreed she smirks. i look at her shocked although i don't know why i am surprised, she is the freaking moon goddess for god's sake. what is it you need from me aifreed. i need you to get word of our plans to remus he will be waiting by the lake in the southern border of our territory. I tell solis every exact detail of our plans and she nods understandably. since the plan is like a set in stone path she can deliver the message to remus exactly how i told her because the life path has already been chosen and doesnt affect remus's life path because he can choose to act on our plan and path, or he could still choose a different path. which we wouldn't know anything about it until the day we arrive to attack the lands. but i knew remus and he had already sent word through solis that action needed to be taken and soon. after the moon goddess had disappated i walked back to the cabin for some well-needed rest. tonight i would sleep inside the cabin with the twins since the others had let their wolves out to have some much-needed fun.jenna had mind linked me when i was on my back from the lake to let me know that woods were clear and quiet so they would be sleeping out there tonight but would be home first thing in the morning.
