Aria was running. She wasn't sure why but she couldn't stop, her bare feet slapping against the cold marble floor that seemed to stretch on for miles. The hallway stretched on forever, dim and narrow, lit only by flickering bulbs that buzzed like angry insects. Her breath came in shallow bursts, echoing strangely, as though the air itself was thick and hard to pull in. Somewhere behind her, a voice called her name. Soft. Gentle. Familiar.
