Aria couldn't breathe as she waited for the judges final verdict. Maybe she did, she couldn't tell for sure. The courtroom suddenly felt small, making her claustrophobic and gasping for air. Ethan didn't even glance her way for a second as the bail conditions were read. His eyes were fixed somewhere past the wooden panels, a relaxed look on his face. It was as if he knew he'd be granted bail. No sign of surprise or relieve from him. When the gravel slammed down, the sound resounded in her spine. The murmurs swelled almost immediately. Reporters writing away and whispering in their little recorders, lawyers gathering their documents, officers moving towards Ethan to escort him out.
