"So you're going straight back to your workplace, Mal?" asked Mr Ridwan when this morning, after breakfast, he invited his new son-in-law to chat on the back porch.
"Yes, Dad. Because everything happened without preparation, so I did not take leave. Especially now that I'm preparing for my exams. Many children are taking lessons at home," Malik replied politely.
Ridwan nodded in understanding.
