"Good morning, Mr James." She found him in his office, drinking his tea. He smiled at her as soon as she entered.
"Good morning, Tessa and please, for the last time, call me James." She looked at him shyly.
"Fine, James."
"Please, have a seat." Tessa sat on a chair across his work desk. He took out some papers from the drawer on his desk and put them in front of her.
"Those are our contracts." Tessa was amazed how fast he made them. He looked at her and smiled. "I have an excellent lawyer." She smiled back at him.
"You can take them now with you, read them and If you agree on all of the terms you can sign them. I would like to go on a walk in two hours and by that time you can finish the contracts if you would like to. But take your time anyways, even if it takes days." He didn't so
