After breakfast that morning we cleaned up the house together and I called my mom to come pick me up. She arrived in less than thirty minutes.
I stood at the door way, my bag in my right hand and my phone in the other. My mom parked her car in the drive way, then I turned back to face Katie and Amelie who were already standing at the door.
“Okay, guys. I leaving now, you can come around my place later this evening,” I said as we all came in for a group hug.
