"No need to apologize," said Bill. "I was merely explaining to Amara how much it annoys me sometimes how dependent we are on the bloody things."
Leo and Bill just kept talking about how technology is changing and debating the pros and cons of it. Amara occasionally chimed in, but most of the time she was thinking about Leo.
