Chapter 58
Gray put a hand on the small of Skylar’s back and guided her toward one of the restaurants. They were seated quickly the second he gave the hostess his name. Skylar was surreptitiously looking around.
Gray made sure to sit facing the entrance. Skylar sat beside him and leaned into his shoulder. She was stuck close to him. He knew she also wanted to keep an eye on anyone walking into the eatery. It made sense. He was only a new shifter, one who hadn’t even taken his animal form yet.
Skylar was the one with experience in this field. Albeit it was a limited background.
