Mr. Parker scrambled to his feet, his anger still burning, but he decided to leave the room, realizing he was outnumbered and didn't want further confrontation with Liam's representative. He stormed out, slamming the door behind him.
Olivia was trembling, tears streaming down her face, but she managed a weak smile of gratitude. "Thank you," she whispered, her voice filled with emotion.
Liam moved closer to her, gently wiping away her tears. "You don't have to thank me, Olivia. No one should be treated that way, especially not by their own family. I'm here to support you."
"I - I don't even know your name," Olivia chuckled lightly in between tears.
"Ah right, you planned on marrying a man without a name I see," Liam smiled. "Alex, my name is Alex, Alex Frazier," he lied.
"Nice to meet you, I am Olivia Parker," Olivia managed to smile extending her hand for a handshake, Liam shook her hand.
Liam knew he had to proceed with the plan, but he still couldn't believe that Olivia was going to marry him, "'I have spoken to my father, and he agreed to the wedding even though it is too soon."
"You called your father?" Olivia stuttered. She knew she had said she wanted to get married to him but the idea was starting to weigh on her, she also didn't know much about this man before her what if he was worse than Liam Carter?
She stared at him destructed, maybe he wasn't so bad, he had been kind to her so far, even willing to marry her and help her out of this situation.
It wasn't like the wedding was forever, it was just for a certain period till everything died down.
Olivia nodded, still trembling with fear "I appreciate your help, Alex. I never wanted things to turn out like this, but if this is too much for you, we can back down from the plan and-"
Liam smiled warmly at her. "We'll have to move in together, it's the only way we can convince everyone of how serious we are."
"I am worried my father will-"
"I will call Liam and make some arrangements, you don't have to worry about your father," Liam reassured her.
"What is your relationship with Liam?"
"This was just purely business, we only met twice to discuss the wedding and how I needed to represent him," Liam lied.
"Alright," Olivia nodded her head.
Liam pulled the sit and remained by her side until the doctor came to inform him that she could be discharged, he made some calls as they walked to his car and told Olivia not to worry about her clothes as they could get some clothes tomorrow.
It didn't take long when they arrived at Liam's small apartment, he had to rent this apartment immediately over the phone to make sure his plan was effective.
He was now Alex Frazier, an average earner to Olivia and he needed to play the part. They both got out of the car and headed into the apartment, Liam opened the door and motioned her in.
"Welcome to my house," Liam said. "It's small and cozy but I hope it's to your taste," Liam said.
"I guess it- it is," Olivia said looking around, she had never been in such a small apartment before, but it would do for now since she couldn't go back home.
"You guess?" Liam raised his brow, was this maybe part of the reason why she didn't want to marry him, was she one of those materialistic girls? He stared at her as she walked around the living room looking at all the items, she was probably a gold digger, maybe she thought his wealth wasn't enough to care for her that was why she opted out last minute.
"I- I haven't lived in this type of apartment," Olivia confessed, "Not that I am saying it is bad but it is alright for now."
"I see, well it only has a bedroom so we would have to share the bedroom," Liam informed her as her face darkened at his words.
"S-share?" Olivia stuttered.
Liam chuckled as she stuttered, "I was only joking, I will sleep on the couch and you can sleep on the bed," Liam said.
"Oh, alright. Thank you, Alex."
"Also, I know this is a fake marriage but we will have to get married for real to prove it. I just want to put it out there that for the time being, infidelity isn't something I would condone," Liam stated staring at her. He wondered what her response would be about this, would she be willing to be faithful in this marriage?
"I was also going to mention that."
"You were?" Liam raised his brow in disbelief.
"Yes, I was. I think we both should respect each other until the deal is off," Olivia said extending her hand for a handshake, "Deal?"
Liam closed the distance between them shaking her hand, he still didn't believe her words but he wanted to see for himself how she planned to manage living here with him. "Deal."

Mr. Parker went home straight after the incident at the hospital, he called Liam's father Mr. Carter to apologize for what had happened at the wedding and hoped they could all meet up to discuss a solution to the problem.
He also mentioned that Liam's representative has Olivia, he mentioned this in hopes that the Carters would deal with the man and take Olivia from him but unknown to him that Mr. Carter was aware of this and that Liam's representative was Liam.
Mr. Carter eventually agreed for them to meet up after Mr. Parker pleaded with him over the phone, after the call Mr. Parker asked his maid to get his daughter Ashley.
Ashley was the product of an affair he had in the past while he was still dating Olivia's mother, after Olivia's mother had died he had taken Ashley and her mother in but because of Olivia's hatred for them, he rented a house near his mansion for Ashley and her mother.
"Dad, you sent for me," Ashley said as she stepped into the office.
"Yes I did, you will marry Liam Carter."
