The Wizard from Afu and the one from Bami rode faster on their horses back to Afu. They entered the wizard's hurt and met the Queen now up and confused. The wizards approached her and she was scared.
"I will not hurt you again. But we are leaving" said the wizard from Bami. The Queen noticed something in his face. She noticed that the wizards had fears written on their faces. She knew that something was wrong. They pulled her up, placed her on the horse and rode away from Afu as fast as they could.
Immediately they left Kaka walked into the tribe with the princess who was still confused on what was happening and why Kaka was acting strange. She ran to his front and pushed him. "Explain to me why I have walked all day behind you to this place"
"Your mother is here in this tribe" Kaka revealed and the princess chuckled unbelievably. "How did you know that? Or have you gone mad again?"
Kaka held her by the throat at once. The princess was chocking as she begged him to release her. He did and she coughed and gasped for breath. She was about to curse him when all of a sudden some old men started coming out from the bushy parts of the village. The princess looked around and became scared. The old men wore long whites and their leader was wearing long black. The princess hid behind Kaka as the leader of the old men spoke, "to others you are just a young man but to us you an ancestor. We are the wizards of Afu and we welcome you great one"
The leader knelt in respect and the rest of the old men knelt as well. The princess couldn't believe this. She turned to face Kaka. "Who are you?" She asked.
"My name is Kaka. Now stop asking too many questions and trust me" Said Kaka.
The princess nodded.

The deaths of the horses in the army of Bami and the sudden falling sick of most of the soldiers of Bami affected the King of Bami terribly. His priest approached him and said, "hold your heart my lord. Your ancestors are no fools. They must have their reasons for leaving"
The king nodded with a broken heart.
Across The Last River, the army from Ikotu, being led by the brave prince was approaching.

In the outskirts of Afu, the two wizards built a camp and decided to hunt for meat. The Queen was really hungry and she needed to eat.
Before leaving for the hunt, the Wizard from Afu used his magical powers to lure the Queen to sleep.
While they hunted for meat they sighted the great army from Ikotu matching towards Bami. The wizard from Bami sighed and said in his heart, "I would have loved us to join with the prince of Ikotu to lay Bami to waste" but he knew he was the reason the Prince was going for war and if the Prince laid his eyes on him he would ask for his would be wife, the princess whom the wizard stole from the palace but no longer has power to provide. The wizard from Afu turned and said. "there is something we must do if we must win in this war"
The wizard from Bami with the wizard from Afu agreed to summon an ancient evil to fight for them in the coming war.
From Afu, Kaka, the princess and the wizards from Afu who had sworn to serve him were on their way to the inner forest, to the tent where the Queen was held by the two wizards. Kaka's powers was leading him and the princess believed in him.
The two wizards sat in their tent in the outskirt of Afu. There was cold. The wizard from Bami took off some of his cloths and used them to cover the Queen where she laid on a sprayed cloth. The Queen opened her eyes and said, "taking care of me doesn't justify the fact that you are evil; that you want to trade the lives of Bami people for your selfish desires"
The wizard looked at her for a while and said, "I love you. I think that explains it all" he walked away from her and went outside to meet the wizard from Afu who was now standing outside the tent. Standing behind him he said, "why are you outside? It is cold. Come inside and stay by the fire"
"You are selfish or should I say you are desperate for love but you are not clever" the wizard from Afu said and turned to face the wizard from Bami, "Kill that woman" he spoke. The wizard from Bami didn't think he heard him right.
"I should kill the only reason I have fought this far?" He asked.
"You v'e fought nothing, rather you only put me in your mess. You think we are safe here in this little tent? The young man; the one you made mad is coming for us and he carries with him powers I have never felt before. Maybe I should just kill you"
The wizard from Bami thought for a while before he said, "we both agreed to summon the demons of the earth to fight for us. Is killing me not outside the plan?"
"And what makes you think that the demons of the earth are easy to summon. If I must summon them I will need your powers and to get your powers I will have to kill you" said the Wizard from Afu. The wizard from Bami knew that he meant to kill him but he knew that if he died the Queen of Bami will either suffer or die in the hands of the wizard from Afu. He decided to challenge the wizard from Afu. If not for anything but for the sake of the Queen of Bami.
In the forest, in the outskirt of Afu, the wizard from Bami was ready to face the wizard from Afu and challenge him in a battle.
The two wizards began to use their powers against each other. They fought for a while before the wizard from Afu grew his long nails and used them to mercilessly carve the body of the wizard from Bami. His screams as he received the cuts awoke the Queen in the tent as she ran out and was shocked. The wizard from Bami who was now lying on the ground with blood on his body commanded the Queen to return inside the tent at once. She ran back inside, panting fearfully. The wizard from Bami invoked the whip of fire and curled it round his arm, stood up and lashed it across the back of the wizard from Afu. The wizard felt the fire burning his body. He tried to quench the fire with the water from his spiritual stream but the wizard from Bami continued with the lash until he was dying. He dropped the whip and ran forward, holding the dying wizard from Afu with both hands. The lightening that escaped from the dying wizard hurled the wizard from Bami and he fell on the tent, destroying the tent. He laid there motionlessly.
The Queen who screamed while the tent was falling ran out from it and met the wizard from Afu in ashes. She looked around and saw the wizard from Bami lying on the ground. She felt this was her opportunity to escape.

In the palace of Bami, the King of Bami could hear the trumpets the soldiers of Ikotu were blowing at his gates. One of the King's generals approached him and said, "we have only a thousand soldiers on their feet. Others are sick. Our horses are dead and outside our gates is the prince of Ikotu with over Ten thousand soldiers, waiting to destroy us. If we fight we will all die"
"If we don't fight we will still die. So I know which one to choose. And you as a soldier should know you need to die fighting. Gather the remaining soldiers. We will have this war" said the king of Bami.

Kaka, the princess and the wizards from Afu arrived at the tent in the forest but couldn't find the wizard or the Queen. They saw the wizard from Afu turning to ashes and realised that the wizard from Bami was still somewhere with the Queen.
In the inner forest, the Queen was still running when she sighted the wizard from Bami standing in front of her. She started running back but beheld the Wizard standing again right before her. She knelt frustratingly and cried.
The wizard began to say as he began to approach her where she knelt, "You are running away from me? I will keep you safe even more than your husband, the king of Bami who cannot even take care of himself now. I have grown very powerful now. With the power of the wizard from Afu joined with mine I can summon the greatest evil on earth; the demons of the earth. And with them, I can be king of anything, any place and anyone. You will sit beside me as my Queen. Stop running my love"
