When Abati heard his mother mention the name Dan Anoshi he turned immediately to look at her. "What did you say mother?" he asked almost immediately. The mother was pointing towards the bush where she saw Dan Anoshi as she panted. "I said I saw your godfather and he is badly wounded. He is lying over there" After the woman had repeated herself Abati ran off immediately and headed towards the place where his mother said she saw Dan Anoshi and upon getting there he could not find anybody. "Where did you say you saw him mother?" he asked and the woman was looking around the area. "He was here" said the woman as she saw the trailing blood and showed it to his son. Abati ran back to the place his beast was and his mother ran behind him. When he got there he could not see the beast any longer.
