The Liam Mansion

Julie woke up with dark circles around her eyes.She took her bath ,wore a baggy trouser with a matching jacket ,and paired it with black sunglasses to cover her eyes.She needed to finish her work today but she couldn't because she was feeling too sleepy.Julie decided to stop by a coffee shop.She purchased her coffee and her phone started ringing.She tried removing it and mistakenly bumped into someone.

Julie looked up to see a woman in her fifties or so,luckily the coffee did not spill on the woman .

"I am so sorry "Julie apologized."It's okay"the woman said smiling.The woman saw Julie's office ID and the office she worked in.

"You walk at Teebs"the woman asked ."Yes"Julie replied."I need you to help me design a dress for me and my daughter "she said ."Ok can I have your number to send samples and then I will come over to your place for measurements"Julie said ."Sure"the woman replied.

Julie was happy that Jordan had not come to the office for the whole week she was happy she did not get to see his handsome yet annoying face.

During the weekend Julie went to the woman's address.The woman told her to address her as Aunt Shelly .Julie was surprised to see the big mansion in front of her.A gate man asked Julie her name and let her in.

Julie pov

I rang the door bell and a woman in a maid attire opened the door."Good Day ma'am"I greeted .

"Hello my dear" she said.I walked into the house and admired the huge living room,there were lots of chandeliers ,beautiful white furniture,everything screamed rich.

I suddenly felt chill as the air conditioner blew .I shouldn't have worn a sleeveless knee length gown.

"Julie ...welcome "Aunt Shelly said as she hugged me ,I wondered why she liked me so much .

"How are you doing Aunt Shelly?"I asked."Great!"she said happily.

I finished with her measurements and waited for her daughter.I sipped on the tea given to me and chatted with Aunt Shelly .

"How old are you ?"she asked ."Twenty -two"I said .

"Do you have a boyfriend?"she asked .My face flushed at her sudden question."Don't mind me ,I really just like you and I am sure others would like you too" she said ."Well...no I don't have one.I would like to take my time to search for someone"I said ."My son said the exact same thing"

"You have a son!"I exclaimed."Yes he is twenty three going to twenty four this year" she said ."He must be sweet just like you"I said.

"Mom should I still call the spa to send workers here?"a manly voice said.I looked to see Jordan ...theeee ... Jordan Liam

"Yes"Aunt Shelly replied.Jordan wore a black top and white sweatpants ,his black hair wet and shiny showing he just took his bath.He walked down the stairs looking at his phone .

"Jordan the designer from your company is here,her name is Julie "Aunt Shelly or let me say Mrs Liam.At the mention of my name Jordan looked up to my face his blue eyes holding mind I realized I was staring and greeted."Good morning Mr Liam"I said .

"Hey"he said and just walked to the kitchen.

Jordan came with a bottle of water and sat on one of the chairs now looking at his laptop.

"Don't you know her?"Mrs Liam asked."I don't keep much people in mind mom"he said"especially if they are irrelevant to me"he whispered.

I stared at him angrily and he stared at me back with a smirk.

"Isn't she such a beauty?"Mrs Liam said .I almost choked on the tea I was drinking."I do not see it but whatever you say"Jordan said to his mom."oh Jordan ....this is why you do not have a girlfriend"

I couldn't help but chuckle.Aunt Shelly stood up to get something .

Shit!wrong timing.

I couldn't hold my laughter."Would you keep quiet ,I am trying to work !"he said angrily ."Mr Liam may you tell me why you hate me so much ,if it's about kicking your ass you deserved it and you know that"I said annoyed.

"Your stupidity seems to grow each day "Jordan said."Well your arrogance will put you in trouble one day"I said has he rolled his eyes and walked away.I bit my lip in frustration .I did not want to be rude but he always gets on my nerves.

The next day

It was a Sunday and Jacob said he was taking me to a bar ,I agreed because he was going to be there with me .

I changed into a white crop top ,high waist jeans and a short sleeved unbottoned shirt.I applied little powder and lipgloss and left my hair down. Jacob arrived ,he looked handsome has always I wondered why he didn't have a girl friend.Jacob parked in a safe spot and we hoped out of his ford car and we made our way into the bar the whole place was full .I held Jacob arm ,because I was so small among this people and did not want to get lost.

"Are you ok?"he asked .

"Yh just don't leave me .I follow you everywhere"I said firmly ."Even to the restroom"he said teasingly .We just looked at eachother and laughted.We got a good table at the back.

I watched has hot girls danced and men too but not all were hot though.

"You know what I think you should bag a girl tonight"I said."What !really?You want that "he said sounding hurt or nervous but smiled immediately and I brushed off the idea or I suppose my assumptions.

"Yh you are handsome you can do it!"I cheered on ."Nah ...not today,let's play a game "he said .

"Let's hear it "I said."Rock ,paper ,scissors.If you lose you take a shot"he said .""ok "I said.

Jordan pov

I rested on the railing looking downstairs when my eye stopped at a table with Julie and a guy .They were playing a game.I watched as the guy stared at her.

Yep!he was obviously into her.Julie smiled and giggled when he beat her and cheered like a baby when she won.I watched as he kept her hair at the back of her ear.

Damn that dude wanted to kiss her but held back.I just couldn't watch and left .

Julie pov

We finished one bottle and i was already tipsy.This was actually my first time taking alcohol..

"I feel I feel.."I didn't complete my sentence and vomited a little.Jacob quickly rushed me to the restroom so I could vomit properly.He gave me water but that didn't help.My tummy hurt seriously and my head was spinning.Jacob couldn't drive me home because he was filled with alcohol but it did not affect him that much.He order a room for us he laid me down on the bed and took a towel and a bowl of warm water and pressed my head and exposed belly.I drifted to sleep.

I watched has hot girls danced and men too but not all were hot though.

Jacob quickly stopped at my house I took a quick shower and he dropped me off at work."Thanks"I said and drove away .

I got in and saw that no one was at their desk ,I went to the hall and saw Mr Liam on the stage and our workers listening ,I quickly took a seat as Joy saved on for me.I felt Jordan's eyes watching me but I didnt bother to look back this time.

"What happened girl ?you are fifty minutes late "she said looking at her watch."Yh I know it a long story"I replied.My heart was beating so fast I just felt weird or tensed.

Soon the seminar ended and all of us retreated back to our desk.I received a call from the telephone that Mr Liam wanted to see me.

I took the elevator to the sixth floor where his office was .

Why was he here to day wasn't he busy?
